Return policy

Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at info@southtile.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three working days.

For Faulty or damaged product, please contact Southtile as soon as possible and if you can send some pictures to info@southtile.co.nz. Southtile only accepts responsibility of damages on delivery for all fire bricks, refractory products, insulation, brick trade products, lintels and tools. After that it is the owners responsibility, except when it is faulty and under warranty like a tool for example. Southtile will send replacement product within five working days of the notification of damaged product.

Some items come with a restocking fee of 15%, items that have been cut or drilled are not refundable.
